Space and purpose’s aim is to develop London's cultural scene by transforming vacant spaces into thriving creative hubs. We are confident that this approach will not only foster a thriving creative community but also enhance the vibrancy of the city, providing spaces for creatives to shine.

Our founders believe passionately in the power of emerging talent and art, and we're proud to offer innovative spatial opportunities to everyone, from emerging creatives to world-renowned brands.

how to book

we want our spaces to be as accessible as possible and thus have a tiered pricing system. 



Tier 1 - Emerging Artist, non-profit event.

This tier is for creatives at the start of their careers, with no financial backing and not making any profit from the rental. 

we also have a concession emerging artist fee for those in need of this. 


Tier 2 - Emerging Business

This tier is for-profit events, where sales will be taking place & tickets sold. 


Tier 3 - Standard Business rate

This tier is for any business making over £20,00 a year. 



There are additional fees if alcohol is sold.

There is also an additional fee of £21 for all public-facing events, at no profit for space and purpose. 


Our prices are different in every space and for weekday and weekend bookings.
